The 120 m² large holiday home Julia at Finca Montimar has a large living room, a large kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
As well as a covered porch along the house.
 
This tastefully and very comfortably furnished living room has a comfortable sofa and a fireplace for the cooler days.
 
The large modern kitchen is equipped with fridge with a freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave with convection oven and grill, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer etc. as well as a dining table for 6 people.
From here, a glass door leading to the porch.
 
The master bedroom and the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 0,90 m x 2,00 m) and they each have a private ensuite bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, sink, vanity mirror, hair dryer and electric heating. All units are equipped with wireless Internet, satellite TV, and radio.
Towels and bed linen and bathrobes are provided.
 
In the front garden there is a pergola with table and chairs, a sun terrace with loungers and an outdoor chess game, available for general use.
 
A communal washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in a laundry room.
