Booking conditions

When the booking is online, please note:

The process of online booking with HOLI24KOM is explained on our website or on the Internet portal through which you have booked. Enter your details in the appropriate fields. Booking and availability of the holiday property and a minimum age of 21 years are required for a booking.

A booking with pets is not possible, as pets are not allowed in our holiday properties.

A deposit is required to convert your reservation into a firm booking. The remaining payment must be paid in cash on arrival or by bank transfer one week before arrival. With the payment of the deposit the booking process is confirmed and converted in a binding booking. You will not receive any further documents to sign. The booking conditions are automatically accepted paying the deposit at HOLI24KOM.

Cancellation fees

– Reimbursement of the 20% deposit up to 60 days before arrival

– Up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is lost

– After that 100% of the accommodation price will be charged

You accept these with your online booking.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Occupancy of the object

Only the persons listed in the booking are entitled to stay in the property. For each additional person who is not registered, we charge 50 euros per night plus the island government’s penalty for not registering.

COVID 19 time

The joint occupancy of a holiday property is only permitted to those for whom the general contact restriction according to the current legal situation does not apply in relation to each other.

Permanent daily visits are not permitted. If you receive a visitor who stays with you in the holiday accommodation overnight, this must be reported to HOLI24KOM immediately. You will then receive bed linen and towels for an additional fee for your visit. The nights will then be billed according to the price list.

Such an overnight stay is only possible if free beds are available.

COVID 19 This is also only permitted to persons for whom the general contact restriction according to the current legal situation does not apply in relation to each other.


The tenant is obliged to use the rental property with care and to comply with the general house rules including corona requirements. The tenant is liable for objects damaged or lost. Any kind of damage must be reported to HOLI24KOM immediately.

Please pay careful attention to the keys to the property that you will receive on the day of arrival. In the event of loss, the entire locking system of the holiday properties must be replaced for security reasons. You must cover the cost of this measure. On the day of departure, please return the keys personally, at a distance.

All of our holiday properties are non-smoking apartments or houses and it is not allowed to smoke inside. Failure to do so will result in all claims for further damage. Smoking is allowed on the balconies or patios.

In addition to our always very high standards regarding cleanling and hygiene, we have to carry out disinfection measures until further notice. therefore, the final cleaning takes more time, so the check out time must be observed on the day of departure at 10 a.m.

The arrival can usually take place after 4 p.m. due to the current hygiene regulations, the arrival may also be later, we ask you to contact us.

When cleaning the holiday property, the applicable hygiene and cleaning standards are consistently observed. The holiday property is only cleaned when the guests are away to avoid contacts.

The holiday property is aired, cleaned / disinfected and handed over by us with disinfected duvets, pillows and beds made.

COVID19 – time

The guest takes care of consumables themselves during the stay, including hand and surface disinfectants in the apartment, mouth-nose covers and disposable gloves. (Appropriate disposal must be observed.)

The use of objects in the holiday apartments that are used by a large number of guests (e.g. pens, magazines, bedspreads, pillows …) has been reduced to a minimum or designed so that cleaning or after each use Substitution takes place.

All cleaning devices are available, if required we will provide them for you, they will then be cleaned / disinfected again.

The price includes:

Use of bed and table linen, bath, hand and tea towels; Electricity; Water; Sewage; Waste disposal; Final cleaning; Use of TV with satellite TV as well as wifi and taxes.

As an additional cost, only the pool heating on site will be charged if requested.

COVID 19 TIME

The top priority is to comply with the 1.5 m distance rule in all common areas (indoor area: stairwell, outdoor area: parking lot with barrel area) when entering and leaving the premises if they are in a holiday apartment with public facilities.

We always perform our services in compliance with and in accordance with the official requirements and requirements applicable at the time of stay.

For this reason, Corona may make use of appropriate usage rules or restrictions. The guest is obliged to observe the existing conditions of use and to immediately inform the host in the case of typical corona disease symptoms. We cannot accommodate guests who have the following symptoms:

• People who have had contact with COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days

• People with non-specific general symptoms and respiratory symptoms of any severity

• If there are symptoms of acute respiratory illness of any severity or fever, accommodation is not possible
