You have access to the loggia from every room.

In addition, from the loggia you can reach the large roof terrace with an electric pergola and a panoramic view of the Teide and the sea via a spiral staircase.

A deposit of € 100.00 is required for the remote control of the electric pergola.
The master bedroom, also with access to the loggia, has a large double bed (two mattresses 90×200 cm), built-in wardrobe, a TV and a safe.

The guest room / second sleeping area with a single bed (mattress 90×200 cm) also has a built-in wardrobe and TV.

The bathroom with shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet is located between the two sleeping areas.
There is also a small Laundry room with washing machine and shoe cupboard.
