Casa Agaves

The holiday home Casa Agaves belongs to a private holiday home settlement (from the 80s), only 400 m from the beach.

Live completely privately, in a quiet environment, yet central to all the holiday amenities of Playa de las Americas. The holiday accommodation has a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms and an open living area which is divided into a fully equipped American kitchen with dining bar, a large sofa corner for watching TV and a cozy dining area. In addition to the furnished terrace with dining area and two sun loungers in front of the living area, there is a 70 square meter roof terrace with a pavilion and seating.

Use the additional outdoor living area e.g. for nice barbecues, or just to sunbathe and relax.
There is a swimming pool directly behind the house for shared use with the neighboring houses. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available here.

Directly next to the house a small footpath leads to the beach promenade or in the other direction to the bus station, which is about 350 m away. A small supermarket, as well as a café / bar and a fruit / vegetable shop are in the near.
