The house belongs to a well-kept, quietly situated bungalow settlement on the &#8220;Costa Adeje&#8221; in the south of Tenerife.<\/p><p><br \/>The bright and open living space of &#8220;Villa Jacaranda&#8221; is divided into a state-of-the-art kitchen with the latest electrical appliances, a dining area and a living room with a cozy sofa corner. Large patio doors bring in light and create a connection to the outside area.<\/p><p><br \/>The two double bedrooms also have patio doors to the garden. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Spacious built-in wardrobes are available.<br \/>In addition to the fantastic large bathroom with round bath, walk-in shower and bidet\/WC, there is an additional guest toilet.<\/p><p><br \/>In the garden, which is not visible from the outside, with a pretty pool (heatable), there is a sun-protected seating area with a small outdoor kitchen and a brick-built barbecue.
