“Villa Bella Mar” with large terrace and infinity pool and views over the “Costa Adeje” to the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of “La Gomera” (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms)
\r\nOn a living area of approx. 160 sqm, you have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open living room (kitchen\/dining\/living room) and a large terrace.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

From the living room you can access the very spacious terrace or the balcony and pool with several seating areas and sun loungers.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

There are several seating options on the terrace. A large table for 8 people, covered by the balcony, invites you to dine al fresco. A modern barbecue is available for barbecues. By the pool (approx. 3 x 9 m) there is a cosy seating area and 8 sun loungers.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

The open, light-flooded living room of “Villa Bella Mar” is divided into a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large cooking island and integrated breakfast bar, the dining area with seating for 8 people and a living room with sofas for relaxing, e.g. with (internet) TV.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

One of the three bedrooms is located on the living area floor. This is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm bed. The guest toilet is located directly next to it.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

The master bedroom with TV, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin) and another double bedroom (also bed 180 x 200 cm) are located on the upper floor. Both have access to the balcony with seating area and loungers.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

A further bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin) and washing machine are also located on the upper floor. In front of the rooms there is a work area with a desk.<\/p>\r\n
\r\n

The pool of “Villa Lamar” is equipped for heating up to 26 degrees for an additional charge (but only on request).<\/p>\r\n
