The holiday house “Casa Pepe” offers 55m² of living area with a kitchenette, dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom.
 
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, sink, toaster, coffee maker, juicer and kettle.
 
The living room offers a dining table for up to 4 people , sofa bed (for 2 people) , and a heating stove that creates those cooler days into others more comforting. The bedroom has a satisfyingly, comfortable double bed (2 x 0,90 m x 2m) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and massage jets, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
 
Other features are Internet with Wi-Fi, satellite TV and radio with CD player. Towels, bathrobes and bed linen are provided. The outer area is located in front of the living room. The terrace holds 18m² which is partly covered by a pergola and has seating for 4 people, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue.
